David Spears promoted to Global Chief Experience Officer

Branding Science Group are absolutely delighted to announce that David Spears has been promoted to the role of Global Chief Experience Officer. David brings 20 years of healthcare market research experience to his role, with progressively increasing responsibility for business strategy, client success and team leadership and development. His calm, considerate and fair-minded approach to his roles have enabled positive contributions to his colleagues’ day-to-day work experience and workplace culture throughout his career.
When announcing the promotion, CEO of Branding Science Group Peter Cunningham commented “This is a hugely exciting opportunity for David and a fully deserved one; it is a real statement of intent from the Group in having this role, as we look to improve both the client and employee operational experience as we continue to scale up.”
The role of Global Chief Experience Officer (CXO) at Branding Science Group is to enable our integrated insight and consulting teams to deliver the best possible experience to our clients. Coordinating with business unit leads and building on our heritage and culture of excellence, the CXO will work at the intersection of the customer and employee experience to maximize client and team satisfaction, output, and productivity. In practice, this means that David is tasked with designing and implementing an innovative and efficient project delivery organization, ensuring that the company’s products, services and processes are grounded in our core company values to build better futures for our clients and the patients they serve.
