We are delighted to introduce a number of new employees to our global team.
Tom Denning joins at Chief Financial Officer. Tom brings extensive experience helping professional services, technology and consulting businesses scale and grow, most recently as Chief Operating Officer of Beyond and previously as a Director in KPMG’s Deal Advisory practice. Tom’s expertise will be invaluable as Branding Science continues to grow internationally as a leading pharmaceutical insights business.
An-hwa Lee has joined as a Senior Director in the EU team. An-hwa brings 20 years of experience in primary healthcare market research and consulting. After relocating from Germany to London in 2010, she deepened her expertise at Research Partnership, with stints thereafter at Basis Health and Genactis. While she has a strong passion for qualitative research, she equally enjoys applying quantitative approaches to help clients make informed strategic decisions.
Niall Baker joins as Client Services Director after almost 18 years’ experience in international market research, spanning both qual and quant. He spent a decade focused on global B2B research before moving into pharmaceuticals. Niall has a particular interest in supporting clients with product launches and helping pharma clients better understand the patients who benefit from their treatments. In recent years he has enjoyed leading qualitative workshops to unlock product differentiation and multi-stakeholder co-creation programmes to develop solutions to address unmet patient and HCP needs.
Finally, Emily Routh joins the EU team as a Research Director. She has over 9 years’ experience in pharmaceutical market research, predominantly in qualitative research, working across the product lifecycle. Her therapeutic expertise includes neurology, immunology and haem-oncology. She has a passion for understanding people and the factors that drive and influence behaviour to inform brand development.
