OUR CHARITABLE INITIATIVES AND AWARDS

WE ARE NOT JUST DEDICATED TO THE SUCCESS OF OUR CLIENTS, BUT ALSO TO MAKING A POSITIVE IMPACT ON THE WORLD.

We believe in giving back and supporting those who inspire us with their courage and determination, as shown in our charitable initiatives.

HARI BUDHA MAGAR:

DEFYING LIMITS

We were privileged to sponsor Hari Budha Magar, a military veteran from the Gurkha regiment.

Hari achieved the incredible feat of becoming the first double amputee above the knee to summit Mount Everest, reframing the limits of what it is possible to achieve in the face of adversity.

65 DEGREES NORTH:
REHABILITATION THROUGH ADVENTURE

We have been a long-term sponsor of 65 Degrees North, a charity dedicated to helping wounded, injured, or sick service personnel and veterans by providing opportunities to participate in challenging adventures.

Branding Science provided sponsorship and logistics support for 65 Degrees North to take five WIS veterans to the summit of Everest.

OUR ACCOLADES

Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2024

Branding Science was officially named one of the Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2024.

We’re extremely proud that Branding Science is a place where everyone can thrive and make a meaningful impact.

Our place on this list is all down to the hard work of our incredible team – your commitment and enthusiasm are what makes Branding Science such a special place.

Here’s what The Sunday Times had to say about us: “Competitive fundraising activities, volunteering days and social events including quiz nights create strong bonds among the 58 employees at this global market research consultancy.

“The London company’s expertise is in rare diseases and patient journeys, using their insights to address the challenges of recruitment and retention in clinical trials. Staff rewards include private healthcare and GymPass membership.”

CSR fundraising achievements

Our CSR committee took on a 31-day fundraising challenge all over the world throughout May.

Everyone pledged to run, walk or cycle a set amount of miles throughout the month, to raise funds for cutting-edge research and care at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and Evelina London Children’s Hospital.

Thanks to their month-long efforts, the global team raised an incredible $2,343 (£1,843) after covering 4,395 miles (7,073km) – that’s the same as the distance from London to Miami!

Thanks again and well done to our CSR team – your fundraising efforts have been truly outstanding.

Armed Forces Covenant Silver Award

In 2023, we achieved the Armed Forces Covenant’s Employer Recognition Scheme Silver Award after our ongoing support to ex-military personnel.

The scheme was launched to recognise and reward UK employers for their support and commitment towards the defence community.

Silver Awards holders demonstrate support for defence by employing at least one reservist, actively communicating and upholding a positive stance to their employees via established HR policies and procedures.

UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing

We were named one of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing in 2023 by Great Place to Work UK. Branding Science Group was in the top 100 in the medium size category (51-250 employees) of organisations.

We have a culture where we all care about each other, and everyone has a voice. Our mental health initiative is focused on improving the wellbeing of our team and this award would not be possible without their hard work!

UK’s Best Workplaces for Women

We were named one of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Women in 2023 by Great Place to Work UK. Branding Science Group was in the top 100 in the medium size category (51-250 employees) of organisations.

Our position on this prestigious list was driven by our employee engagement survey, and the results are based on what women in our UK teams have anonymously reported to Great Place to Work UK about their workplace experience and how well represented they are in the workforce and management.

During the survey, our employees explained: “Everyone is given the chance to be heard – it doesn’t feel hierarchical, and people always have a voice in meetings. There is a good focus on training for people across levels, and a value placed on thinking which we haven’t experienced at any other company. We also manage to work successfully and collaboratively with other offices across the world (in the UK, US, Asia and Poland) – which has been a difficulty in our other places of work.”
