The state of pharma brand planning in 2024

Pharma brand planning is at a pivotal moment as we move through 2024, with new trends and areas of strength emerging, as well as a few aspects that could do with some improvement.

At a recent webinar, Branding Science experts Ed Corbett and Simon Fogg talked guests through the latest strengths, weaknesses and trends they’ve spotted in the world of brand planning.

If AI will make the treatment decisions in the future, what does this mean for clinical trial design now?

Our healthcare world is full of examples for how AI could be – or is already – improving diagnosis, treatment, follow up and the overall patient experience.

So, what if AI algorithms were used to make recommendations for treatment decisions, to support doctors in decision-making?

Now you have your AI chatbot, do you know how to make the most of it?

Many pharma companies are setting up their AI chatbot systems to interrogate their data, but many clients may not know how to make the most of them.

In this webinar, we walk through a ‘how-to’ guide for making the most of these tools – from learning how to use the chatbot and write prompts to ensuring that clients know to check their data sources.

Join Branding Science Senior Data Scientist, Gabe Musker, and Vice President of Strategic Consulting, Shirley Shadur to find out more.

Debiasing: How to use behavioural science to enhance research design

Much of market research still relies on self-reported answers. We ask people questions and assume they can accurately describe how they go about making decisions – and typically also that they rationally consider all the factors before doing so. These are not realistic assumptions.

Our decisions are influenced by context, habits, intuitive factors, fleeting thoughts, and gut reactions that these questions cannot capture. Worse, they may actively introduce biases and distortions.

In this webinar, Branding Science experts Anne-Sophie Lenoir, PhD, and Jess Finney will talk about how to avoid these pitfalls by leveraging learnings from behavioural science to craft more insightful, less biased qualitative and quantitative research – from design, through to recruitment, and to analysis.

Join Branding Science experts Ed Corbett and Simon Fogg to discuss, the current state of branding planning in the industry, where improvements can be made and how teams can create plans that people love.
